While this is my first post on the Jeppson House, we are actually half done with the job. The homeowners came to us with a great set of blueprints. The house is 2626 sq ft on the main floor with a 3 car garage. The house also has an unfinished basement if they ever need more space. This house has 2 guest suites with private vanities and a shared bath area. The master will have custom walk-in tile shower and large vanity. But we will highlight those finishes later.
Currently drywall is being hung on the inside and siding is going up on the outside. They have chosen Diamond Kote LP Siding for the body of the house, and Edco steel siding for the the gables. The contrast will look sharp – pictures will be posted soon.
This house is located on Salmonfly Drive just off the Birch Creek/Apex exit. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house has a great floor plan. The layout was custom designed by the homeowners to meet all their needs. The beautiful bay dining nook gives this house unique curb appeal.
Many of our customers come to us with a basic house plan, but often there are things that they would like to customize. With the help of a local draftsman, we work the layout until our customers have the house of their dreams. Then we begin bringing it to life.
We are excited to have this house dried in and sub-contractors coming through. Rough-in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are done. Siding and insulation are in progress. We are looking forward to hanging drywall soon. Check back often to see updates as the house progresses.

As we start 2020 we are currently building the new PMB office/shop. Our shop is under construction at 540 North Montana Street in Dillon Montana.
