Here are a few pictures of one of the custom homes we are building in Dillon, MT.
275 Silverwood – 2021
Here’s a few pictures of the spec house we are building in the Silverwood loop subdivision.

Silverwood completion
Five months ago we started building a house on Silverwood Loop. Last week we put the finishing touch on and took our final pictures. It’s alway bittersweet when we finish a house. We are excited for the new owners to move in but I’m always a little sad to say goodbye. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
Fall update
Just a glimpse of what we have been working on this fall.

Silverwood house July progress
Here are some recent picture of the Silverwood house. Things are moving along!

Silverwood House
Today was a good day to get a new foundation in the ground. The weather was a little warm, but really a perfect day to pour foundation walls.

We have also been busy doing design work and cabinet orders for our subsidiary “Cutting Edge Cabinets and Design”. Feel free to give us a call for all your construction needs. Home Building update in Dillon Montana May 2020
Spring is always a busy for us as general contractors, and 2020 has been no exception to that rule. The end is in sight as we wrap up the The House in the Willows at Birch Creek. we have enjoyed working with the home owners over the past few months and are excited as they begin moving into their home.

The Pioneer Mountain Builders office/shop is nearing completion as well. We look forward to having a place to meet with people as we build their custom home in Beaverhead County.

A few new projects we have been working on include adding some kitchen cabinets to an existing kitchen.

We also have the foundation in the ground for a new Custom Home in the Dutchman Springs subdivision just a short drive North of Dillon.

Dillon, Montana has been a hot spot for new construction in 2020. If you’re thinking about building a new home, be sure to give us a call. Our schedule is filling up, but we would love to get your dream house on our 12 month line up.
Color and Cabinets at the Willows at Birch Creek
This house has taken on so much personality over the past few weeks. I just love the cheerful yellow color the homeowners have chosen for the kitchen and dining nook.

The rest of the house has been painted a warm beige color that feels so inviting.

Can’t you just imagine sitting by the fireplace sipping coffee in this living room.

Cabinets have been installed and the kitchen is starting to take shape.

I just love these corner drawers. How handy is this design!

The home owner wanted minimal upper cabinets, but these hardwood glass door cabinets will be a great place to displace the home owner’s pottery art work.
This house is really coming along and we plan to be done in May sometime. Final pictures will be posted soon.
If your interested in getting on our schedule for a custom house or cabinet upgrade give us a call. We have a few openings on our fall/winter schedule and would love to help you bring your dreams to life.
Adding Color to the Shop
The past few weeks have brought big changes to the Pioneer Mountain Builders office/shop we are building. We ended February with the structure framed and trusses set. By the middle of March we have shingles on and siding nearly finished. Soon the interior framing will be complete and the sub-contractors can start the rough-in.

I love when we start adding color to the projects!
Jeppson House: Drywall and Siding
The last few weeks have seen big changes at the Jeppson House. The insulation is done and the drywall is hung.

I delivered 40 boxes of drywall mud this morning. Taping and texturing is in progress. Soon we will be painting and the finishing touches will begin.

The exterior is changing daily as well. The siding on the body of the house is almost complete. I’m excited to see the contrasting gable color. The dark charcoal color will look sharp.
